TestNet is a platform for exchanging knowledge in the area of IT products and services focussed on software testing. Near the end of 1996 the initiative was taken to start the special interest group TestNet, the reason being the growing interest in structured testing in the Netherlands. The formal start of TestNet was May 15th 1997, half a year later the 175th member was welcomed. In 2009 TestNet has grown to almost 1600 members.
The Belgian Testers is a testing community that was set up by a few Belgian people who are passionate about testing and would like to share all information on this topic. Currently we have 370 members consisting of professional testers in and out of Belgium. Besides from being a networking rganisation, we work together with the Discussion Group on Software Testing of KVIV where we organise monthly events on testing.
